Wlademir Dias Pino teaches in one of his poetic texts.

It is with this weave that Pellegrim's work reveals itself: unveiling forms that balance and point to the bodies embedded and inscribed in the flesh of silence, silence broken from time to time by the letter/word, in verse/conversation, with word/void: the body of the image. An insinuating, seductive image, sculpted and captured. A focus that shifts in the tale, in the story, in the book that moves in the frame. The text - pure image! And the image is the artist himself, with his affections. So here's the revelation: the work is part of the mystery, of the art that lives in solitude and in the balance between the language collected by Pellegrim and the expression admired in Wlademir. More than the cutting out of the figure and the fabrication of writing, what we see in Daniel Pellegrim is an opening up of horizons to a world of procedures, ideas, rituals in the subsistence of a reality, a reality achieved step by step in the making of the work. These are the possibilities that unfold between the artist and his character. You have to know how to read/see... Because in the entity of art there is always a memory. The artist remembers another artist and shares with them a personality freely acquired in the depths of restored imagery, filtered and illuminated by a multifaceted process of making in the closed technique, in the closed soil, in the uncovered Chapada.

What Daniel Pellegrim proposes, conquers, cuts out and endures is to serve and contemplate with his gaze the work of another artist as the making of a poetic homage. A poetic mystery, of images woven between the lines of letters drawn in constant discourse, with faithful calli/photography to the being of Wlademir Dias-Pino.

É com essa trama que a obra de Pellegrim se revela: desvelando formas que equilibram e apontam os corpos incrustados e inscritos na carnadura do silêncio, silêncio quebrado de quando em vez pela letra/lavrada, no verso/conversa, com palavra/vazada: corpo da imagem. Imagem insinuante, sedutora, esculpida e capturada. Um foco que se desloca no conto, na estória, no livro que se agita na moldura. O texto - imagem pura! E a imagem é a própria pessoa do artista com seus afetos. Eis então a revelação: a obra é parte do mistério, da arte que vive em solidão e no equilíbrio entre a linguagem recolhida por Pellegrim e a expressão admirada em Wlademir. Mais que o recorte da figura e a fabricação da escritura o que se vê em Daniel Pellegrim é um abrir de horizontes para um mundo de trâmites, de idéias, de rituais na subsistência de uma realidade, de uma realidade conquistada passo a passo na feitura da obra. São essas possibilidades que desdobram a pessoa do artista com o seu personagem. É preciso saber ler/ver... Porque na entidade da arte há sempre uma recordação. O Artista lembra-se de um outro artista e com ele comunga a personalidade haurida livre no desvão das construções imagéticas restauradas, filtradas e iluminadas por um fazer multifacetado na técnica cerrada, no solo cerrado, na Chapada descerrada.

O que Daniel Pellegrim propõe, conquista, recorta e suporta é servir e contemplar com o seu olhar a obra de outro artista como a feitura de uma homenagem poética. Uma poética - mistério, de imagens tecidas nas entrelinhas de letras desenhadas em constante discurso, com fiel cali/fotografia ao ser de Wlademir Dias-Pino.
